Through the Eyes of Love

I woke up this morning with the sense of compassion for a friend’s physical body. I felt the longing her body had; the need for her loving, caring support.
Every atom and every cell of our physical bodies respond to every thought we think. when we think our bodies are falling apart, they will certainly obey and continue their downward spiral. On the other hand loving, healing thoughts feed physical bodies with necessary changes that are truly desired.
I sent her physical body my loving thoughts about how beautiful it was and how I appreciate it and thanked it for sustaining my friend’s physical presence on planet earth.
I then did the same for myself.

Violet, I felt a strong urge to reach out to you. I know you and my family in the spirit world has not given up on me. This week my arthritis doctor gave me some medicine and it is miraculously working and next week I begin driving myself to physical therapy again. I do truly love you for all your thoughts of healing and kindness you have extended to me. I know I may not seem grateful because of my struggles and pain but I am truly grateful.
